Legends & Lore of the Ivy League

As part of our 2021 Membership Drive Week, we have put together a special virtual event.

We will be digging in deep into the Legends & Lore of the Ivy League with Matt Robinson (Penn ’96), author of Lions, Tigers, and…Bulldogs? An unofficial guide to the legends and lore of the Ivy League (www.lionstigersbulldogs.com).

Lions, Tigers, and...Bulldogs? is a fun and fact-filled introduction to the rich heritage behind our nation’s most prestigious universities.

Matt will be taking us through highlights of his book that includes interesting anecdotes, vivid illustrations and a fascinating history as well as answering your questions.
A clever collection of well-researched facts that provides a rich, amusing, and accessible history of the Ivy League.
     - Julia Taus - Operations Manager, Penn Medicine Development, University of Pennsylvania

[Matt's presentation] was a nice break from days of...Zoom meetings.
     - Bruce Greer - President of Penn Club of St. Louis

My 87-year-old mother-in-law just told me she watched your interview and really enjoyed it. This is the first time she has ever commented on anything we have ever done with the bookshop!
     - Mary Massey Treadwell -  Southern Pen Bookshop (Monroe, GA)

I felt this book was extremely entertaining and informative. I liked the interesting facts about our country's earliest and most famous universities…. Each of the Ivy league schools has an interesting history that is revealed through these pages.
I highly recommend it!!
     - Sam Pasco - KXSF San Francisco

This event is FREE, but you must Register Now to receive your Zoom link.

He also writes, edits, and handles communications  for individuals and institutions around the world.
