Telehealth Therapeutic Care Model

Please join us and our friends at the Wharton Club as we learn more about the new telehealth care models that blend and connect behavioral and social management with physical health using remote psycho-social engagement and mobile therapeutics.

Presenters include Bob Gold, Founder and CEO, GoMo Health, and Jane Hindes Miller, Vice President of Special Programs, GoMo Health

At 19% of the GDP in the US, Medicare and Medicaid cannot sustain the current growth in healthcare costs.

They are converting to a value-based reimbursement/payment model that incentivizes providers, plans, and life sciences company to reduce costs, improve outcomes and increase patient satisfaction.

This session looks at new telehealth care models. These new methods have proven to achieve higher levels of patient activation, better outcomes, and improved e-PRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) data collection measures for chronic and complex conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, neurology, behavioral health and maternal-child health.
